Medical apps allow remote treatment | Bangkok Post: tech


Health At Home, a healthcare start-up recently received seed funding from Muang Thai Life Assurance and 500 TukTuks. DtacDtac Accelerate, the tech incubator arm of Total Access Communication (dtac), recently secured 350 million baht funding for 34 start-ups in the programme over five years. The company claims that it is the only programme in Thailand to receive the most funding from Venture Capital. Health At Home also has a mobile application that collects and tracks patient medical records, which enables doctors and nurses to provide remote care and allows the family to remotely monitor the patient's health. Users can enter their personal health record and doctors can view the patients' data and set a plan for treatment.
